The 80+ scale (80+ / Bronze / Gold / Silver / Gold / Platinum / Titanium) is really just a scale of efficiency, or perhaps quality. Sometimes the prices are the deciding factor. Suggest you visit a few PSU calc sites and get a feel for the overall system power draw.
I prefer to get a PSU with 1.5x the calculated amounts to ensure 50%-70% load. It's not a must, but it's not a bad idea, as it allows for additions later if necessary, and in the case of PSUs with a fanless mode, it helps keep the fan noise down.
e.g. 329W x 1.5 = 493.5. So a 500W (66%) or 550W (60%) PSU.
I personally prefer minimum of Bronze rating, whatever the system. I would settle on the general wattage first, make sure you know all the different power connections you're going to need, then go from there. Higher power capacities tend to be Gold and above anyway, while lower wattage models with higher colour ratings are less common.
I recommend Corsair or Seasonic PSUs. Also, consider semi-modular or full modular if you can afford it. It makes for an easier build, and less clutter can help with airflow.
