My Monitor when I turn it on not connected to a computer just plugged in displays the no signal text but before its a white flash followed by it fading away in a distorted coloured pattern, if I plug it into a computer all the colours are still extremely pixelated and distorted and the monitor is extremely slow to move anything around the screen. So I know its a problem with the monitor not the Graphics Card because my 2nd Monitor is fine but this display is not working. Help
