Wife is doing streaming now; she is really enjoying it, but is hitting FPS issues on current build from a few years ago.
I went on PCPartpicker and just made up 2 lists; one with current components and one with what I am thinking of buying for upgrades. Let me know what you all think please and any suggestions that will be around the same price.
She mostly streams WoW and Overwatch with some other things mixed in like when we play D&D or when she is playing Stardew Valley with her sister, Diablo every now and then, but wants to expand to more games for a larger audience.
Here are the lists:

will be keeping the gtx960 for now until more money is available to upgrade that as well.

Go with faster RAM - Ryzen really gets a major benefit from faster RAM.

This is the same series of RAM, but faster, yet a little less money:

Some would recommend going to 16GB these days, though 8GB may not really be a limiting factor, also, I imagine a few dollars more for even faster RAM would be suggested, but on the question of gaming+streaming, amount of RAM needed, and exactly how fast to go with RAM for Ryzen, I'm a little out of my element.
