Internet Connection Dropping Briefly on Multiple Devices

Hello everyone,

As of the past 3-5 months my internet connection has been dropping across multiple devices, wireless and wired. I have had my ISP come multiple times, as well as having different technicians come out. They have replaced my entire line that runs from my house to the road, as well as replace some switches, or connectors. Can't remember what they were called. When they have come, the problem never resolves, it seems to happen less frequently.

When the connection drops, I usually only notice it when I'm playing video games, since it drops for such a short amount of time, however it wouldn't be my console, as I recently upgraded and still have the issue. When I do experience it, the game will say "connection interrupted" and I will be frozen for a few seconds. If I'm lucky the lobby won't boot me, however it often does. The connection drop can last from 3-15 seconds.

Thanks for your time.

What kind of connection are you using a Dial-up or Broadband ?
If so then you can try changing Modems.

Or you can try to reset modem and reconfigure it.
If the Issue is mainly Wireless, check for the Wifi channels in your area and Use a less populated channel.

I have broadband, it shouldn't be an issue with speeds as I have 120mbps down, and around 20ms ping. As per less populated channel, I live on the edge of a small town. So there shouldn't be any interference especially as Im getting the problem when I use an ethernet cable anyway. My modem was recently replaced by my ISP as well.

Okay then. Tell the conditions when you experience connection failure. Like when connecting to a foreign server or using a VPN or something like that?

That's the thing, it seems as though there is no rhyme or reason as to why it's happening.
Network traffic has no effect on it, time has no effect on it. It just seems random every time it happens.

Standalone house, a few minutes walk to the next.
