[SOLVED] Will the i5-7400 bottleneck an Asus Strix RTX 2070?

So I’m planning on buying the new RTX 2070 Strix from Asus which will be paired with my i5-7400. Will it bottleneck on games like PUBG, Overwatch, Fortnite and CS:GO?

There would be about a 40% bottleneck, which is huge. Less than 10% is okay, but anything more is a huge bottleneck. I would recommend going with a stronger and overclocked CPU, such as a 7700K, or downgrading the GPU to a GTX 1060 6GB or a GTX 1070.
