Can i damage my cpu if i run it at 100% for too long?

Hello guys, i have an old cpu that it's kinda struggling to run the latest games, but still manages to runs them. The only thing is that it is forcing 95-100% like all the time in the latest games: Ac origins, Shadow of War, Batman Arkham Knight...

My cpu is i5-3350p @3.1, the temp is constanlty at 60 Celcius with the stock cooler.

Does it harm the cpu?

My rig:
i5 3350p
8Gb ram @1600
Gtx 1050 2Gb
Psu floston 500w

I don't have that much money to upgrade if it isn't "dead".

As long as you manage the heat generated well, you really have nothing to worry about. CPUs don't really wear out like mechanical things.

MSI Afterburner says that the temp is around 60-65 at max, depends on the game. Never hit 70 or more with the stock cooler, so i guess i don't have to worry about the heat.
