So I am at a great divide at the moment right now. I myself don't understand much about Bottlenecking,So I am very confused here. I am at a very tight budget because Computer Part Prices are VERY expensive where I am from (Ex. GTX 1050 ti costs 4,000 Moneys where I am from). So I have an A8-9600 and I've been using it for 3.5 Months now and I decided to finally install a GPU. I come up to a Computer Shop and I tell him my specs and he starts telling me that a 1050 TI would Bottleneck my A8. And he said that I should get a Ryzen 3 2200g if I plan to get a 1050 Ti. Or I keep my CPU and use a GT 1030. And right now I can either get a Ryzen 2200g or a GT 1030. What do you guys think?

Solution
You seem to be in a sticky sort of situation there, with no flexibility.... I would suggest getting the 1050ti first... and then getting a CPU (1300x or whatever you could afford).
If you get the 1030, it would be $$ thrown into the sea as it would be totally obsolete once you get the 1050ti
"starts telling me that a 1050 TI would Bottleneck my A8"

I think those are pretty well matched....although I wouldn't go more than a 1060 with the A8.

A 2200g is about 40% faster than the A8-9600.

With that you could easily go with a 1060 or even a 1070.

but as far as the 1050Ti bottlenecking the A8....if it does...it isn't going to very much.

people will tell you all sorts of things if you do not understand what you are buying to get you to spend money if you want a 1050ti then I would get one minimal bottleneck ok your machine is not new but a 1050ti is not top of the range but an ok card go for it. and in the future you could get Ryzen 2200g if you think you need it Ryzen 2 will be out soon.

First of all I thank you all for your answers,I really got so much helpful feed back!. Second of all,I had researched a bit on the Ryzen 3 Product Lines and I found out that the 1300x is similiar to 2200g's Processing Unit. And it is THANKFULLY a couple of hundred less costly than the 2200g. Do I get the 1300x plus a GT 1030 (I am gonna try my best to bare the minor bottleneck 'till I get a GTX 1050 Ti) or do I rat out the GPU and just get the Ryzen 2200g? My only problem here is that there is a price gap between the 2200g and the 1300x and I am already going to install an External Card . BTW keep in mind that a GT 1030 costs 1,300 Moneys here.

Alrighty,Thank you SO much CPUCPU123 you really saved my fricking wallet from crashing in a matter of weeks :p. I will be buying the components in separate times and then installing them all at once so that I don't waste their potential for a long-term period of time. Thanks again for all your answers everyone!
