hey guys so basically my specs are
16 gb of ddr3 hyper x ram
MSI GTX 970 graphics card
My cpu is a intel core i7-3770 3.4GHz
windows 7 ultimate
let me know if you want me to include any more details

so i been trying to play games like battlefield 1 and battlefield 4 and also recently got call of duty black ops 4 but my computer just cant seem to run the games at nice smooth framerate like 60 fps and i think my pc should be able to run these games because my friends have much worse setups than me and they run it better. I have defragmented my drives and used nvidia geforce experience to try and help "optimise" the games but it still feels laggy and i cant play properly. Do i have a virus? do i need to check if there is any dust in my case or should i just do a clean install of windows, any help would be appreciated thanks guys and girls!
