Turning on "Full Duplex" makes pc think theres no cable plugged in.
dont know why
been having this issue for almost 2 years changed my isp yesterday and it dosent work still.
My connection is 500 mbps on everything else

Solution
This is an negotiation error. Is a relatively easy issue, because is involves your PC and whatever that is IMMEDIATELY hook up to and nobody else, so:

PC ----(ethernet cable/in-wall cable?)----Switch.

Suspect bad cable/bad in-wall wirings. Can verify running a long extension CAT cable on the floor.

Then after that bad LAN driver on PC. Can verify this by plug in HERE exactly same cable, same switch ANOTHER PC/laptop etc.

Very rare switch would have problem, but it doesn't take any effort to plug in another switch port.

Yes the cable seems to be the issue, tested the cable that was in my main pc with my laptop and it was limited to 100mbps.
Then i testet another shorter cable that had full 1gb.
going to pull a new cable through the wall and hopefully that will resolve it.
Thank you :)

Before pulling a new cable through the wall (which may or may not be possible), you should re-terminate any keystone jacks (wall plates) and verify the jumpers (if any) on both ends are good. If you don't have any wall plates, then re-terminate the RJ45 on each end of the long cable. You might still have a problem, but re-terminating will be easier than pulling a new cable.
