x3470 3.4 gtx 1060

i think about getting a xeon x3470 and oc it to 3.4 and get a gtx 1060 or should i oc my i5 750 to 3.7 instead? i have the cooling but would i have to change the voltages?

Both are very old architecture dating back to the previous decade (2009). Either way, your 1060 is gonna get bottlenecked quite badly.
For current games, I believe the xeon would be better as it has 4c/8t, even if it is lower clocked than the i5.
