Replaced bad power supply. New one causes alarm and restart.

I just replaced a 700w power supply with a Corsair CX750M. Hooked up everything one wire at a time, no mistakes. Started up and motherboard gives rapid beeping alarm and then shuts down. Immediately tries to restart and does the same thing over and over.
