Using Nvidia's ShadowPlay only records my voice

Like the title says, only my mic is picked up in all of my recent recordings on ShadowPlay (video is fine). I have no idea what happened to break it. I've tried the "Single track" and "Separate track" fixes but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas are appreciated.

So i have just had this problem, and i may have found a solution for you.
>right click on the speaker icon in bottom right corner of screen
>click on open sound settings
>click on App volume and device preferences
>make sure that your system sounds is not at 0

For some reason mine was set at 0, but i could hear all the sounds normally, but nvidia only record system sounds, it was not recording any sounds
