So recently over the last three months, I have been having issues with my GTX 1050 ti not displaying on my monitor only after its connected thru hdmi does it get power but no data thus putting the monitor into power sleep mode after a few mins. It flat out would not work about one month ago and I have tried installing the gpu again about 3 weeks ago and it worked just fine, But today I was on my system and I started getting noticeable issues with my screen turning various colors of the Easter verity and black along with it. I was not able to put in any inputs but I still could hear background noises on my system, such as system sounds of videos playing or music from a video game. And then after about 10 mins of troubleshooting cables and the connection and drivers now my monitor will not acknowledge the hdmi port anymore.
What I have done so far was cleaned out current video drivers.
tested hdmi cables current one works fine.
and have reseated the gpu and cleaned both gpu and pci slot and ensured both were free of dust and debris.
The only current way I can use my system is thru a VGA cable thru my motherboard, I atm cannot test the other ports on my gpu because I have no access to any additional cables, they are currently on order because of my location.
If there are any other troubleshooting ideas i would gladly appreciate and try any of them in the mean time.
