Will my Hard disk (Toshiba DT01ACA050 ATA) work with new motherboard (AsRock AM4 A320M-DGS DDR4/SATA3/GLAN/2.1/USB 3.0) i am upgrading my pc and was wondering will i have to replace my Hard disk as well.
Also will i have to change my PSU? the one i have right now it can supply my GT 730 and my old mother board asus F1A55-M LK R2.0

Yes, that is a SATA III drive and is supported by your motherboard. Only very old ATA IDE drives would not be supported. All SATA II and III drives will work.

If you are using the same graphics card with the new build that you used with the old build, and the power supply was suitable, then as long as it is compatible with the required EPS and ATX power connectors to the motherboard, that power supply will be fine. Whether the quality is suitable and safe might be a different story. What is the EXACT model of the power supply. It will be printed somewhere on the power supply specifications decal.
