Seems like some component on my 9 year old build has failed. The original components include the Mobo, GPU and PSU.

All graphics are very messed up, mostly displaced pixels, including the bootscreen and bios. If I try to load windows it blue screens right away.

Looking for help on how to diagnose the failed component, or insight into what the most likely cause is.

UPDATE:
Here is my a pic of my bios. I find it very interesting that certain letters seem to be missing, and always the same ones: D,E,T,U.

As Drivenfast has asked, if you did replace your CPU you may need to flash your bios to update it, so your motherboard can support it maybe?
It does look like its an issue with your cpu.

Also double check your ram, if you upgraded the module(s) to a higher capacity or speed, then the mb may not support it.

To be clear nothing has changed recently in terms of hardware. I was launching a game when it crashed and it's been like this since. Will try removing some ram, which I think I over clocked years ago too.

Pulled out some RAM on various combinations, no change. My buddy is going to lend me a video card to test with today as well. Will report back tomorrow.
