Is it my PSU causing my issues?

I recently bought an RX 570 8GB Armor. I have a CX 430, can I overclock? I've tried but instead the core clock actually goes down in benchmarks when I increase it in both Wattman and afterburner. What can I do to fix this?

That graphics card has a system requirement of 450 watts. So even when it was new, the power supply was under powered.

I would recommend switching it out for a 500 or 550 watt power supply. Then give overclocking a try.

Thanks alot. That was my last option anyway. Just didn't want to spend £60 just to see if it is my problem but really I have no other choice.
