New pc stutters on all games

Textures won’t load.

So I just picked up a new pc, the Lenovo idea centre 620s, it has a i3 7100T, 1050Ti, 16gb of optane memory, 1tb HDd and 8gbs of ram. When I play any game at high, medium or low I always experience stuttering or freezing. I’m not sure what the issue is as the pc is only 2 months old

How are your GPU/CPU/MoBo temperatures? Did anything happen prior to this issue like power outage, new peripherals, new software? Are the case fans running? When you have a freeze does it freeze your whole system or just the game?

The cpu and gpu are always under 65 degrees, the stutters it’s really bad, in GTA V, it’s almost unplayable and when I’m driving fast the textures won’t load, in fortnite I was playing and it freezes for about 7 seconds. I’ve added no new parts and what I thought would be the issue is the Hard drive, when I play fortnite it’s running maybe 5.0 mbps and the disk drive is maxed out. The pc is a mini pc the only thing I can upgrade is cpu and ram, I need to get an external hard drive but that can handle games
