so recently i've started to notice that while playing the current shooter game im playing i keep getting this almost 'fps lag' feeling sometimes and it seems to be happening every time i open a web browser the game goes all choppy and feels like fps lag although my fps is solid and capped at 200 and it doesn't move at all but feels laggy? i was trying to think what it could be but im not 100% sure so i thought to come here and ask! my pc specs listed below.
PC SPECS:
cpu - intel core i5 6600k
gpu- Aorus Extreme edition Geforce GTX 1080 Ti 12gb
ram- 16gb
hard drive- gigabyte 500gb SSD
mother board - gigabyte Z170-D3H
psu - EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2 80+ Gold
