Hello ! Recently I bought a "new" CPU which is the I5 4690k . After struggling putting it in my pc , I found out that my pc isn't able to boot with one ram stick on the A1 ram slot . Problem is that with my old CPU (I5 4440) it can still boot with one stick on the A1 slot and another one on the B1 slot . So I don't think that a bend pin on the motherboard is the issue .
When I put both ram stick , my pc just boot indefinitely , and with one on the A1 slot , but none on the other , my pc can turn on but no display .
So yep , need some help here if possible :/ !

Here's my config :

MOBO: H81M-PLUS
Cpu: I5 4690k (new) and i5 4440 (old)
Gpu : Asus Gtx 1060 3go
Ram : Corsair and G-skill 1600 mhz , 8go each
P.supply : Corsair cx430 ( yes I know .)

What I've already tried :

-Update bios
-Reset CMOS
-Turn on/off XMP
-Decrease frequency
-Increase voltage (1.5-1.55-1.6)

Thanks for your attention

At the moment , my BIOS is version 2205 which is the latest I believe . I don't expect miracles , but I can already see the difference in games like Arma 3 which are very CPU heavy .

The ram sticks aren't from the shop where I bought my PC . And they're both 1600 MHZ ddr3 for 8 gigs so no reason to not work together . As I said , they both work on the B1 ram slot but not on the A1 ram slot even if I put them separately . (Except when I put my old CPU back the slot seems to work.)
