So, my ping is usually 20-25, but for a long while now whenever my sister enters the house with her phone connected to wifi my ping spikes up to 600-700 and just sits there.
This has been happening with the last 2 phones she's had and the ping only goes down either when she doesn't use it for extended periods of time like sleeping, or whenever the phones connection to the wifi is turned off.
There is 4+ other wireless devices and 2 PCs connected via ethernet connected at all times and it doesn't affect speeds/ping at all. I get 70 down/20 up so it shouldn't be an issue, any help is appreciated.
