Hey everyone.
I've been using usb tethering from my phone, but recently it stopped working (I vaguely remember accidentally unplugging the phone, maybe while it was still setting up).
After that, seems like it's not just the usb tethering but also mobile WiFi hotspot, although I don't have internet access from a normal router at the moment, just from my phone.

Yellow triangle next to internet connection, "no internet access".
Diagnosis says "computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource is not responding".

After the usb tethering problem I tried setting my phone as a WiFi hotspot and still had the same yellow triangle problem.

Tried specifying my IP address and DNS server, then when that didn't work reverted back to obtaining IP automatically.
Did ipconfig flushdns release renew, winsock reset, ipv4 reset, etc...
One of the solutions from Windows troubleshooting was "networking reset" which I also did, to no avail.

Seems like everything looks ok if the connection is there from the start after reset, before the login screen shows up, but still don't have internet, and the yellow triangle shows up again if I reset the connection.

Help me please I'm withering.

Hi, I don't know if I can still connect through a normal router, I've been living in a place without internet (except mobile).
I'm using a ZTE A-452 and my provider is Vodafone (I'm in Europe).

I'm trying to connect through my phone, and there's no problem with the internet on my phone, it just doesn't seem to be working when I share it to my computer.

This happened immediately after I selected "charge only" on one of the options on my phone, which disables data transfers through usb, and I was tethered during that.
