Advise on upgrading the current platform(CPU,Motherboard,RAM)

Hi, i want to upgrade my platform(CPU,Motherboard, Ram) and currently i've been thinking about these parts.
CPU:
Intel Coffee Lake, Core i7 8700K 3.70GHz box
Motherboard:
GIGABYTE AORUS Z370 Gaming 7
RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Dual Channel Kit


Also my current system is this :

Do you guys have a better suggestion?

That would be a solution to pair it with a z390. I forgot it was released

Also @cin i've seen that article and my cpu is on the 30% that can't reach 4.5...i've tried it but best that i can do with him is 4ghz overclocked with no bsods.
Also i don't think is worth it to upgrade from 1080 to 2080.
For a CPU that i have for 5 years i think is decent but i need a fresh one :) .

I’m running a 4770k oc to 4ghz, just got the 2080ti. For 4K I’ll get 60fps, I’m maxed with a 60hz tv... I’d suggest the GPU upgrade, that’ll get you by for awhile... metro exodus calls for a 4770k. Unless you have a high refresh rate I don’t think a cpu mobo and ram will benefit you too much, you may see some slow down as opposed to 8700k but I think it’s fine for now.
