So, as a friend would say i am mind f***ed , first time seeing this, I've got on my device 16 GB or ram , right now my device is using 4.1/16 GB of RAM as readings on Task Manager but if i change to user tab , i am using 600 MB not 4.1 GB of RAM, how the f is my device using more ram than user , is using , I've never seen something like this, anyone has any idea?

Hello community, I've got a problem that i allready posted but I have to post again due to no answer and cause I am afraid of some malware or virus, I have 16 gb of ram , task manager user shows usage of 3 GB but in performance tab 14.2/16gb are used, why? , i ve read that windows reserve some ram but this is too much, right now i used RAMmap with empty feature and now user is using 600 mb and performance 12.4/16gb , what can cause this i dont rly want to reinstall my windows...
