Any consumer grade CPU in general shouldn't exceed 80°C in load with a stock cooler.
What temperatures do you have right now in idle and in load?
You can check with software such as HWinfo or CoreTemp

The A8-4500m does not USE actual temperatures to determine thermal compliance. It uses thermal margin, which is Distance to TJmax, and can be monitored using AMD Overdrive, Core Temp or HWinfo. HWinfo shows Distance to TJmax specifications automatically along with mathematical thermal figures but those thermal figures should be ignored as they are not accurate when monitoring pre-Ryzen AMD processors.

Core Temp must be configured to show Distance to TJmax in temperature fields by going into the advanced options and changing the setting to "Show distance to TJmax in temperature fields".

Easiest is to just use AMD Overdrive, which automatically shows thermal margins. When using thermal margins you do not want to see distance to TJmax drop to less than 10°C Distance to TJmax.
