Phone displaying low storage when there is space

I just got my techno f3 also know as pop 1. It came with android 8.1 version. It has 16 GB space. But its complaining I don't have space when I do. It also save pics I snap as .tmp unless I clear the cache. And now I can't download more apps also saying no space.

Keep in mind that the phones internal 8gb storage space is separate from the storage space you add with an SD card.
Many things, like your camera and apps, install to the internal storage by default and you will need to manually move them to the SD card.

For apps you can do this in Setting>Apps and selecting each app one at a time and pressing the looking for the option to move or change the location. This varies by android version and sometimes it is within that apps storage section.

Camera and music stuff you will need to use a file manager to move to the SD card.

Lastly, even if apps are installed to the SD card, they still consume some internal storage space. You cannot change this behavior that I am aware of.
