Can I run GTA v

My specs are and APU A6 6400k APU and hd8470d 768mb vram and 8gb DDR3 ram please tell me I am very excited and what should I upgrade to play GTA v and what other game can I play

You can play GTA V on low settings, should hit 30 fps on 1080 resolution. Other games, well a lot of them, find a game you like, look up the specs you need to run it. There have been hundreds of games made over many years, no idea what you would be interested in. Many games 4+ years old should be OK on lower settings on that system.

How do you know coz GTA v minimum vram is 1gb but I have 768mb

Your system uses shared RAM with the rest of the computer, whatever you see now should be adjustable. It will be slow to run but should install. You can always buy it on Steam and if it does not run for you, there is a refund policy of a return within 14 days and 2 hours of game play time. https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/
