I am currently running the following system:
PSU: Corsair CX750 750W
Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00Ghz
RAM: 8GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3 1600MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97-HD3 R2.0
GPU: Geforce gtx 1060 windforce 2 6gb
What i was wondering is if an upgrade in ram would help for gaming on current and upcoming titles like at the moment call of duty : Black ops 4.
I have checked the specs of my motherboard and it states:
4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
And also: Support for DDR3 3100(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz memory modules.
