Hey I've seen some really great advice from people on this website so I'm just wondering if this PC would be enough or if it's to much for playing and streaming games, mainly CS GO. This would be my first build so I'm fairly new to making PCs and your advices would be really helpful.

Solution
The BIOS update should not be an issue at all as you have chosen the X470 motherboard...Not sure why that conflict is coming up as it is only for B350/X370 motherboards..

Looks pretty good. I would get 3200MHz RAM, though, and you'll also be wanting an SSD. The RX 580 would also be a bit cheaper than the 1060 and also give you Freesync, though on average it is marginally slower, and has higher power draw. A water cooler might also be a bit of unnecessary cost for a 2600. The stock cooler should serve you well unless you're overclocking. This might also be a better motherboard choice. Chances are you could also find a better deal on a power supply, though I don't have any specific recommendation.

Other than that, things look pretty good.

I changed the components that you recommended and I added an SSD card only thing is that now I'm getting this message from the pick your parts website "Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Pinnacle Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions. The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the Asus - STRIX B350-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard." If you could tell me If I have to buy something extra or just ignore that would be great, thanks and thank you so much for your help too.

That's an X470 board, you won't need to update the BIOS. Also, I'd just use the cooler that comes with the 2600 rather than an aftermarket solution like the 212 EVO.
