Clicking sounds by hard drive

Hi there

I've have an hp laptop and my issue is that the internal Hitachi hard drive is making occasional clicks during data access. Is it ok?
And also, crystaldiskinfo shows caution when I select the hard drive. So, can anyone tell me what I should do?

262k reallocated sectors + clicking sounds .....the HDD can fail at the moment of speaking. Back up everything that's important on that drive.

anubhav.prashar123, see if the noise you hear is on this list. Good idea to back up your info just in case and in the future have a good back up plan.

Basically you want:

3 copies of any data you don't want to lose.
2 different mediums it's stored on (so 2 different drives in your computer, for example).
1 copy kept offsite, to prevent against disaster.
