Can i use two different brands ram sticks for a laptop?

Im kind of aware will it work. it will be only two different brands but the speeds will be the same :/ im planning to do this on my laptop but im not sure if it will work, although ive seen few people questioning that but didnt found the answer :)
(sorry for some possible grammar mistakes)

Yes! You should be able to, If both of the brands have the same speed and same type of specs they should work! Right now i have two different brands of ram sticks inside of my computer and i have no problems at all! You should be fine :)
