Youtube Videos Buffering While In Game

First off. It happens in both Single Player games as well as Multiplayer.

Secondly. My PC runs a GTX 1080 and an i7-8700K, CPU doesn't go over 30% and GPU doesn't go over 20% when I experience buffers so I don't think it's hardware issues. Could be wrong tho.

What I've noticed is that when it happens it's a high likely hood that the youtube player itself won't respond. It also happens that I'm not even running a game and it stutters.

My net should be fine as I'm running Fibre Optic 100/100 and I'm getting 100/100 with speed tests.

Anyone have any ideas?

Please clarify: you are watching YouTube videos while playing games?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe your computer's actions and performance in three different situations:

1) Just on and sitting there...

2) While watching YouTube videos

3) While watching YouTube videos and gaming.

Central to the problem in hand is the GPU. Have you tried installing and/or updating the drivers?

Yes. I am watching Youtube while playing games.

1) I average at under 10% CPU and under 5% GPU usage on idle

2) While only watching Youtube I average 13-20% CPU usage and my GPU goes up to 6-8% usage

3) As I stated earlier, I double checked and I get up to 30% CPU usage spike at 40% and GPU goes between 15% and 22%.

I have the latest Nvidia drivers. The Game Ready drivers for Black Ops 4 release and I have had issues before these drivers.

Wired connection

No other devices experience it.

Do not know about router logs. Don't think they exists in my case as I've played around with the router before trying to figure other things out yet haven't found anything close to logs.
