I want to play AAA Games Maxed: Fortnite, Anthem, Battlefront 2, Destiny 2, Street Fighter 5, Dragonball figterz at 60FPS 32in 720P or Maybe 32in 1080p TV if possible. Also would I finally be able to watch and edit 4K videos with new graphics card?

What graphics card and Power supply would I need?

Would an EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 04G-P4-6251-KR with EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W, Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR, Black be enough for 60FPS 720P 32in TV gaming? Would a 32in 1080p also do 60FPS?

The Pegatron motherboard indicates a OEM build and usually they will not take a new GPU that was not originally offered with the build.

I have and Hp-2026 with a 2nd gen Intel chip and could not get a 750ti to run on it even with a non-uefi legacy switch on the card. Bios will not allow it and is not updated. I tried two different cards and put a lot of time in it without success. I'm still on Intel Graphics 2000 as a result.

But it motivated me to build a Devils Canyon machine with my son and I can borrow it for occasional War Thunder sessions.

An SSD upgrade allowed my 2nd gen core i3 to perform plenty well for daily tasks. If you still have a spinning disk upgrade with a cheap SATA SSD and you will be shocked by the improvement...

Depends on the games in question.

A 1050TI should be more than capable for 720p High(ish) settings, 1080p medium, depending on the game.

The 500W from EVGA isn't the best PSU, but should be ok for your proposed setup.
If the CX450/450M from Corsair is a similar price though (usually is), then it would be a better idea.

Pre-builts can sometimes have BIOS support issues with newer cards - hopefully you can find verification online that someone has successfully got a 10 series card to work without issue.

Whether the board is PCIe 2.0 or 3.0 won't actually matter. PCIe is backwards compatible, and for a 1050TI, you're not going to be saturating the bandwidth of 2.0 anyway.

This is the best reason to build your own next time.
