I just built a pc a month or two ago and was playing some games and the computer shut down on its own and won't turn on. I tried resetting the CMOS, reseating the CPU, checking if all the plugs were connected, looked at some other forums and have had no avail. The mother board has an EZDebug LED, and everytime i try turning the PC on, the light for CPU failing or not detected pops up. When the keyboard and mouse are plugged in they don't light up also. I don't know what to do now some one please help? thanks(i can't replace anything )

I am currently going with the following parts:
CPU:Intel i7-8700k
GPU:EVGA Gtx 1060
MOBO: MSI Z370 A PRO
FAN: Cooler master Hyper cooler 212 evo

Update: we got a new fan and now the system performing great, 212 evo is bad
