Port Forwarding PS4

Hi, I'm trying to port forward my PS4 to play CoD but when I check a port checker site it still says it's closed. I have a static IP for the console and I've made sure the external IP is correct every time I check the site.
My modem is a BT business hub 5 if that's any help.

Any ideas? Thanks

I have often had problems with the port checker sites and normally test it directly. With the PS4, I normally use the connection checker (https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/nw_test.html) and make sure it shows up as NAT type 2. This would indicate that it is working properly.

Thanks! My PS4 NAT type has always been 2 but when I forwarded the ports my CoD nat type went from moderate to open so I’m guessing it worked.
