High RAM usage %. RAM not being used completely i think(Windows 10)

For 2 weeks or so I've realised my PC was running slow. Today when i check task manager, the RAM usage % is very high(80+ pretty much always) but when i add it up, it only adds up to 2-3GB. I have 6Gigs on my system. I also downloaded RAMMap after checking few threads. Totals shows as 6gigs but i cant understand whats using up the RAM. Help would be appreciated.
