This is my first overclock and I was wondering what my temps should be at 4.7ghz with 1.3v. At idel they are staying at 30c an when I run cinebench r15 my max temp was 79 @ max load. Is this a safe overclock or no? Sorry this is my first overclock I just want to make sure I don't break my pc.

Yep, looks decent mate. Im at 1.36v at 4.9Ghz and around 30 degree Idle, 80 degree Load.

I would download Realbench and let it run for an hour (Select "Up to (half)" of yoru current RAM), keep your eye on temps, if it gets above 90 stop the test and lower voltage.

If you get a BSOD then up voltage to 1.31 and try again. It takes time to get an overclock right.

There are better experts on here than me but for now have piece of mind that it seems ok but you need to check stabilty.

no one can really and honestly tell you the way you have asked the question, what is your ambient temp, how much airflow do you have into the case, what other exhausts do you have? all will effect your temp. The only question you can ask is, are the temps acceptable and are the voltages below dangerous levels. You are OK on both.
