lost my ability to be able to log in to my dvr secruity cameras on PC

I can no longer log into and connect to my DVR aka NetSurvellience on IE through wireless PC. However, I can log in on my cell device with the same credentials with no issues.
any help would be appreciated.

probably a setting that prevent wifi connectivity for management console/control, you have that same restriction possible for home routers so it make goo sense, connect using phone, get into configuration and enable wifi remote management
