that motherboard, while compatible with the Zen+ cpu you purchased (Ryzen 5 2600) was manufactured about a year before the Ryzen 5 2600 hit the shelves, and as a result has a bios with no knowledge about the Ryzen 5 2600. You need to update the bios with the latest one, in order to be able to boot your system.

as B350 boards were released long before Ryzen 2000 series CPUs, quite possible your mainboard's BIOS does not support it.

Do you have access to an older RYzen that you can borrow just long enough to update your BIOS? (Or, naturally a newer B450 board would work as well)
