I'm having 2 Solar Panels. Both Having Following Config:-

Power (Pmax):- 12 W
Voltage (Vmax):- 17.5 V
Current (Imp):- 0.68 Amp
Open Circuit Voltage (VOC): -21 V
Short Circuit Tolerance(Isc) : 0.74 A

I connected them Serially and I am getting following Output:-
Total Power:- 24 W
Voltage:- 35 V
System Current 0.6857 Amp
Panel Efficiency:- 0.132

While in Parallel the following Output:-
Total Power:- 24 W
Voltage:- 17.5 V
System Current 1.3714 Amp
Panel Efficiency:- 0.132

Now I want to Store this Energy into Batteries or Solar Inverters for Future Use.
Can you help me Pick up the right Battery and Inverter?

But Should I Connect them in Serial or Parallel

It will depend on the controller. Generally, you want solar panels in parallel so that if one fails the entire array is not out.

With 24W total, you don't have very much capacity. What I saw advertised for 12W solar was about the size of a laptop. Something that size would usually charge a gel cell like is used in a security system or UPS. Something about the size of a large book. So you could charge cell phones or a laptop, but I wouldn't expect too much with 24W solar capacity.
