Cyberpower pc not responding on startup

First off, I am rather unknowledgable on computers and I don't know a ton about building. I can manage and maintain a working pc software-wise. So, I bought a pre-built. I know this means a minefield of potential problems, but I haven't had any of significance until now. Heres my current issue.

When I start up my pc, the case lights and fans all seem to be fine. But my monitor enters power saving mode, with none of the boot up screens appearing. I run an hdmi directly from an LG ultrawide monitor to the GPU. No adapters or anything. I've tried changing cables and switching ports, including the hdmi port on the motherboard. No change.

What's weirdest, my mouse lights up for a split second on startup, but then goes off. Keyboard lights up just fine and stays lit.

I don't know if the aforementioned things correlate. The PC isn't dirty, hasn't been moved or tampered with, and has been great to this point. It was last used a day ago, and was shut down from the Start menu.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I'm willing to learn to take it apart if needed, and if anyone can provide links to a source explaining how to do so. PC runs on windows 10. I'm so close to finishing a big project and this is an absolute downer.

first thought is the PSU- Power Supply Unit.
if you can remove the side panel and access the label on the PSU with the make and model. what is it?
what are the rest of the specs in the computer? with the side panel off the motherboard model number should be printed on the motherboard around the PCIe slots (where the GPU goes).

Thank youfor the quick reply, but please bear with me. I removed the side panel and the power supply appears to be encased in metal. I cant see through the grates around it and when I tried to (delicately) unscrew it from the back I appeared to be moving what wasinside, which I'm guessing is the power source.
I was worried about removing and breaking something, so I just put it back. The PC still starts up in the same way - fans and LEDs come on, but no signal to the monitor and only a flash on the mouse LEDs.

Its an Intel i5, msi, with a radeon rx580. I've had no issues to now but the computer is only 3-4 months old.

there are videos that can walk you through the PSU removal. the PSU should always remain sealed. Do Not attempt to open the PSU.
the PSU looks like this:

typical generic PC power supply, there are 4 screws that allow you to remove the unit but you need access to the label and that may require PSU removal. the label which looks something like this
