If these two are your only options I would have to agree with the above poster and go with the Corsair.

The Corsair is a decent budget PSU with a more modern design, the EVGA is not.

I would choose evga. Evga higher quality psu, than corsair cx series(a lot of people have problems with corsair psu fail, and other problems). You can search seasonic, or xfx psu for same price, it's good quality psus on market.

The Corsair CX and CXM 450, 550 and 650w models use an updated DC-DC platform and are better built than the older model CX's(430, 500l, 600, 750 and 850w models) and are better than that EVGA B1. The Evga that the OP posted is only marginally better than the older model CX's you are thinking of .
