not to be rude, but what do you expect anyone to answer to such a description? I don't know whether it once worked or not, if the lag happens in multiplayer or singleplayer, in the menu or ingame, what settings you play on, if it starts right away or after some minutes, nor do I know if you're running windows, which CPU and how much RAM you got. Since I'm not sitting in front of your machine, I can't access this details and need my information regarding that issue from you.
