how do i stop my pc from shutting down?

when I open two games at the same time (usually to pass time because one of them makes me wait for a queue) the pc shortly shuts down on its own few minutes later

this is really annoying because i am forced to only open one application at a time and one i am not really using is there a windows option i should turn off or something? why does this happen?

ps: i tried few "solutions" i found on youtube none of them worked..

sorry very late reply i thought none looked at my thread lol

sorry it's in french second line is ram and third says it's 64 bits

I play League of Legends that's the game i am queuing sometimes i play yugioh online on a browser tab or monopoly or something they are not 3d or anything they look like flash games or open a window of roblox

and pc overheats and shuts down as a result

now i tried reducing the percentage of this option http://imgs.fyi/img/6tx0.png

so i may run games smoothly and reduce overheating also the fan sound is annoying (it's a laptop btw)

the problem is solved for a while and then the pc starts crashing mid game after few hours forcing me to revert it back to its original value and we are back to overheating and annoying fan sound
