Im gonna buy the Msi z170a m5

And i am need to use wireless so i got Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 3168

And would i be able to use it and how would i got about installing it

Will i be able to use it

And does my cpu and gpu support this motherboard

I5 6400 and gtx 1050 2gb

Yes, that board is compatible but it's kind of senseless since it's a locked CPU and that's an unlocked overclocking motherboard.

What speed is your memory?

You'd be better off looking at H170 motherboards in all probability.

What is the actual MODEL number of the wireless adapter and what is the model of your wireless router?

My ram speed is 2133

I don't know how to get my wireless adapter's model

And my wireless router is a ee smart hub i think

With that RAM and CPU there is no reason at all for a Z series board. An H170 would be less expensive and a much more appropriate choice.

The wireless adapter should work fine with that router.
