i mostly use it for gaming and was wanting to overclock the cpu to 4ghz i want a loop that i can cool the gpu as well i was thinking of getting this

but i cant get that one as it isint compadable with my gpu my budget is around 300 but id like to keep it below 300 and as cheap as possibile thanks for any advice

You arent going to get a full system kit for under 300 dollars, and agreed, it certainly is not worth it on your system.
That 300 dollars will get you marginally lower temps, and maybe a few FPS at best increase in performance.
Put the 300 dollars to a hardware upgrade that would actually make a difference.

About the only time you want to water cool everything with a nice custom loop is when you can't buy better parts for the price. You could get a nice AIO cooler, be watercooled and not break the bank. What size radiators does that Zalman case support? That would be something to check first too. With a 1060 I wouldn't worry too much about cooling the GPU, just worry about the CPU.
