Anyone know any good mechanical keyboards that are good for small hands. Will this mechanical keyboard make it easier for me to reach certain keys that may be further away thanks. Preferably razed as I like the colours!

It is really hard to say until I know what your current keyboard is or a keyboard you used in the past which suits your hand.
Other than that check out these: Redragon K522 KUMARA, Logitech g pro keyboard or the
E-Element Z-88
One among this might suit your hands.
