I've been experiencing stutters with my 1060

maybe someone could read this for me?

why it says YES?

is it possible that this is the one that causes stuttering?

everything else says NO in it including thermal throttling so honestly IDK anymore, idk how to read it.

I stutter almost like every 5-10 sec or less.

it's weird though cause i have never experienced this with my 1050 ti at high settings also

I have found a solution to the problem, I don't know what was exactly the problem but when I switched from windows 7 to 10, stuttering was gone, it still happens (sudden fps drop) but it doesn't happen as usually as before.
