The Gigabyte RX 570 Aorus has a 8-pin power connector. Check again and make sure you are using the 8-pin PCI-e power connector from the PSU. A 6-pin power cable will not deliver enough power.

Make sure the GPU is seated properly on the PCI-e slot.

should we reinstall gpu?

Are you using an 8 pin (or 6+2) to power it? If not, then it won't work until you do. If you are using an 8 pin and it's not working, try re-seating the card.

there is a 6 pin connector that is plugged in our gpu but it also has a seperate 2 pin and we connected both to gpu and that filled in the 8 pin connector

No need to remove the GPU....Just make sure the GPU seated properly on the top PCI-e slot and that the 8-pin power cable is connected to it.
Disconnect the power cord anytime you are working inside the PC. Also press the power button for 15 seconds to discharge capacitors.

Yes, this is correct, you are using a 6+2 plug and you must have both plugged in to work as an 8 pin.

asus pce-ac55bt dual band ac 1200 wireless adapter. we put it in a small pcie slot and connected it to a 9 pin usb written connector and screwed in everything. idk what is going on. also rebooting is very slow we had to shut down from case and restart from case
