I have recently used a Ryzen 5 2600X on Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K3 motherboard. Its VRM's are not very good. Its bios also does not have right vcore voltage options. You can adjust dynamic vcore instead which i dont likeAnd in its latest bios i was not able to take dynamic vcore to more then +0.204v which equals to 1.392v for vcore. It was not enough for 4.2Ghz.I returned it and now i am looking for a better board in same price range.I have 2 option.First is MSI X370 Gaming Pro(Non-Carbon) or Gigabyte Aorus AX370 Gaming 5(Non-K).Links are below

The MSI has 8+2 power phase. The Gigabyte has 6+2 power phase. It's not a matter of opinion, the FACT is that the MSI board has better power phase, but that is only important if the board doesn't fail due to other reasons such as a manufacturing defect. From a strictly specifications viewpoint, the MSI is the better board and I'd probably go with that one over the Gigabyte as well but then again I live in a place where I can fairly easily get a board replaced by warranty.

In Pakistan, that might not be the case and you might want to pick your board based on whether or not a certain company has a warranty center close enough to make getting something replaced possible for you.
The Gigabyte boards have gotten VERY sketchy in regard to the granularity of settings in the bios, especially with CPU core and memory voltages. I dealt with it for a while on my Z170x-Gaming 5 but recently upgraded that board to a Hero VIII for the improved features and better options in the bios, plus much better fan controls and VRMs. Much happier.

That said, Gigabyte quality is as good as it has ever been, but the lack of options leave a bad taste in your mouth and several of their high end Z370 and B450 boards have similar shortcomings so I suspect that AX370 will be similar. Honestly, I think you should be looking at B450 or X470, as both those chipsets offer improvements over X370.

Better power delivery with better VRM configurations and improved power phase. Better memory compatibility especially at high speed frequencies. Better granularity and options in the bios as well.

What country are you in and what is your maximum budget for the motherboard?
