My network card is plugged in and the green light is on but windows sais its not connected. I've plugged the two ariel things in and it's properly inserted into a pcie slot (small one) but it won't appear to work on windows, I don't know if it's broke because I've just build the computer today but as I'm building another for a customer I have two of the same so when I go back home I'll try the other one. In device management the device appears but doesnt work.

The card itself is a wireless and Bluetooth network card

with new pc that have wifi and ethernet. you may have to click on disable on the ethernet port to make the wifi card the main port on the pc. with a new pc you have to install the mb chipset drivers first then the drivers for the cards. use a usb stick and download the drivers to the stick and install them.

I would do this but all my ports won't work because I have no device software. Look : https://imgur.com/a/qe2LRMr

It's as if I need drivers to plug in a USB to upload the drivers, I can't go anywhere, also the ether net controller Is for the port which won't work
